The painting, “Supplies for Fish Camp,” depicts a DeHavilland Beaver on floats at the Kodiak, Alaska floatplane dock being loaded with supplies destined for one of the
remote Alaska commercial fishing sites. My husband and I were residents of Kodiak for 23 years. It’s been accepted into the American Society of Aviation Artists 2016
International Aerospace Art Exhibition which will be held at the James C. Weston Gallery at the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, MI. I’m excited to be one of
thirty-six artists selected from over 100 entries. The display opens June and runs through July 25.
