I knew when I placed my most recent order that everything would turn out perfectly and of course it did. I specified precise measurements for the mat down to an eigth of an inch and I knew it would be exactly as I instructed. Also, I ordered a frame with the mat and everything looks great together. This is a company that I have used before and they really can be trusted to produce a beautifully cut mat and reasonably priced frames. Great customer service too! I needed to change the measurements for the mat opening and I called right away. The person I spoke with assured me that he was on the case, and I was quickly sent a confirmation email showing how the original measurements had been changed to the new ones.
