Shipping & Handling

  • Standard orders ship within 1-5 working days.
  • Orders are shipped F.O.B. from our facility in Marietta, GA.

Return Policy

  • If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us with your order #, pictures and a description of the damage.
  • If your product is defective, we will gladly process your return, provided that your claim is submitted within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us with your order #, pictures and a description of the issue.
  • If your order does not meet your needs, please contact us with your order #, pictures and a description of the issue. We will review your issue and do our best to find a solution. Shipping the product back is your responsibility.
  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorization by Matboard and More®, LLC. and must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Matboard and More®, LLC. before being shipped back. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct address on the order, and for being available to accept the order. If the item is returned to Matboard and More by the carrier due to customer error or negligence, we are not responsible for accepting or handling the product. No refund or exchange will be issued.
