Hanging metal frames is easy with our saw tooth hangers. Assembly is simple as well, you just unscrew the corners, slide in your art, mat, backing and plexi and then tighten the screws again. Ordering custom mattes was easy and quality was good.
Matboard and More was easy to customize and order a matboard from. I appreciated that there were different colors, thicknesses and options. This meant I could matte some sentimental (but not expensive) pieces at a price point that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Shipping was reasonably quick (especially since it's all CUSTOM) and was well packaged. The mattes were true to the colors I picked out online and sized exactly as I specified.
I used Matboard and More to remat and reframe an original watercolor that I found at auction. I was able to upload a picture of the watercolor and try on multiple combinations of outer and inner mats to get the exact right combination. For less than 10% of the cost of taking the picture to a frame shop I got the same quality and choice of colors. My mats came quickly and without any damage and I was able to assemble the picture, mat and frame in minutes. I chose the following options, below, for a piece of artwork I had. I already had the frame and glass but needed the matting. I was just going to go with the tan mat but once I saw it with the reveal mat I couldn't resist and am glad to have chosen this combination.
