Like many creative types I know, I tend to struggle with deadlines...I always make it out of the door before the house erupts in flames, but my heels can get pretty warm.
I have been ordering from Matboards and More for a number of years now. I believe each if not all of those orders required a rush charge. Every time they pulled through for me; on time and a good product. However this last time I was notified after it was shipped that it would be delayed by a day...after the "crisis" was averted, I notified them by email, asking for rebate of the charge...not 10 mins after sending it, they replied that it had been noted and my account had already been adjusted...they're good at what they do, and how they do it.
Love the personalized note and that I was able to get the exact size that I needed!

Matboards made it easy to create custom mats for vintage reproduction prints I was putting in burnished gold bamboo frames from Amazon. The matboard quality is excellent with a solid section of various colors to choose from. Love the reveal option.
